Hello fellow Internet surfers and welcome to my home page. I'm very glad that you made it this far . . . and I hope that you'll stick around long enough to get to know just a little bit more about me and my life. After all, these days, acquaintances that begin in cyberspace are often the most real, vivid, and long-lasting.

I was born and raised in southern New Jersey.  After graduating from high school, I went to college at Bethany College - a small liberal arts college in Bethany, West Virginia.  I then moved to Gaithersburg, Maryland, where I worked as a newspaper reporter and photographer for two years.  In 1990, I moved to my present home town - Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  While working as a reporter/photographer, I completed a master's program in elementary education at Wilmington College.  For the past three years, I have been teaching special education students at Milford Middle School.  Currently, I am working on my Doctorate in Education.  I have a 10-year-old daughter, Ashley.

I guess that the best - and fastest - way to really get to know me is by discovering what I like. So here goes . . .

I love to roller blade, do step aerobics, and go to the beach.  My favorite vacation spot is Key West, Florida.
